To submit a claim of the paranormal to the Kaspbrak Institute, please fill out the form below. Claims must include an audio or visual component in order to be eligible for the prize. We also accept claims mailed to our New York office. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your claim is submitted. Please note that due to the volume of claims we receive, it may be some time before we reach out with our evaluation of your claim.
